Why do an online session? The reason is being in the comfort of your own home enables you to fully relax, while still achieving the results. Online sessions are good for any issue and of course very helpful if you are anxious or nervous about being in a new environment, You can be sure to start your session in a relaxed and comfortable way.

To do an online session, I recommend having some headphones, and a comfortable chair or a bed, in a space where you won’t be disturbed for about an hour. If you have any concerns we can discuss these during our consultation
