How did I become a hypnotherapist? I originally was as a fitness coach and natural horse trainer while bringing up my children. Later I became a support worker at Westwood Stables working with children with disabilities. During this time I had a crisis in my personal life and a marriage breakdown. Because of this, I suffered from depression, anxiety, and huge stresses. I was searching for some relief and found that there was little help available to me. So I began my own journey of research and discovery. Which started with mindfulness, and NLP techniques. This led me to awareness of how our reactions and responses to certain situations correspond to the outcome. From there I wanted to learn more so I could help others in the most beneficial and effective way possible. The natural progression for me was full-time training in hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, and Life Coaching. Empowering people is now my mission in life.
